  They text msg questionnaires and promise to email a coupon upon completion, but don't have my email address... They put me on a "wait list" with no idea of how long of a wait and no scheduled appointment...? I thought I was going to have a good experience because during my initial meeting the staff were all very nice and it seemed like a good spot. But really nice people doesn't mean good business or customer care. Still on the "wait list" BTW.

  This salon was friendly and professional, and gave me a haircut that I absolutely LOVE. The staff literally saved me when I went in after receiving a bad haircut that had left me devastated...THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I will definitely be back.
