  I hate to give places bad ratings but I fear other people may have the same experience I did here ... I waited 3 hours before my cats were seen even though I had an appointment. When I called to ask a question before the appointment the day of, the man on the phone said “great, another surprise.” (Meaning they didn’t even have my appointment written down.) The waiting room was dirty. The vet has his cats living there and their scratching post was falling apart and gross. Once I saw the vet I had to ask a ton of questions vs him giving me clear instructions. I’ve now been to another vet who very clearly wrote instructions on what I should do and communicated them with me.
